Good Wave Sessions translate surfing wisdom to physical and mental excellence. Designed with internationally certified Surf Coach Jules Sabourin, 4 hour private sessions combine yoga, mindfulness, and surfing to set the foundation for a daily practice to enhance your life.


Fill your body's cells with pure oxygen, ocean ions, wild winds, and deep forest essences. Surfing, hiking, personal fitness assessment and follow up, are offered with nutrition, yoga, surfing, and blue mindfulness. The gorgeous team at our retreat centre shares athletic and intellectual skill, with capacity to work with advanced athletes. 



Forest walking boosts immunity, reduces blood pressure and heart rate, and reduces stress. Prescribed in Japan and covered nationally by the government, shinrin yoku has the potential to revitalize you.
